What this site is

An independent information website about The Bessela Nai Yang residential project in Nai Yang, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as TITLE.

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256809-3 was filed in September 2025 and approved on 29 January 2026 (letter ทส 1009.5/1924), according to record 15290 of Thailand's EIA register (ONEP). The register shows the approval stage, not the sales stage.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had not published prices, floor plans, the unit count, the number of floors or completion dates for The Bessela Nai Yang. Payment-plan terms, amenities, finishing standards and price benchmarks marked "typical for The Title" refer to other projects of the series (The Title Olive, Serenity, The KUARTZ, FIZZ) and are quoted as the developer's practice, not as terms of this project.

Ownership

The Bessela Nai Yang is recorded in the EIA register as a residential building under the Building Control Act, not as a condominium under the Condominium Act. In practice this most often means leasehold (a long-term lease) rather than freehold. This site does not promise freehold: the form of ownership for foreign buyers is confirmed with the developer at the sales launch.

The developer has not published renders of The Bessela Nai Yang and there are none on this site. All illustrations on this site were drawn for it and are labelled "illustration, not a render". Photographs of Nai Yang Beach are Rhom Bho Property material from The Title Olive presentation, cropped without logos.

Distances

The developer has not shown the exact plot, so this site does not quote distances from the project itself. Distances shown are measured by road from Nai Yang Beach using OpenStreetMap data and are approximate.
